In connection with your application to VKR Holding A/S (hereinafter "VKR Holding" or "we"), VKR Holding processes the personal data you submit. VKR Holding processes personal data in accordance with the general data protection regulation (European Parliament and Council Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data “GDPR”) and the Danish Data Protection Act.
Purpose and legal basis
To facilitate our recruitment process, we use Easycruit to communicate with you. Through Easycruit, we receive personal data from you and process your personal data as part of the assessment of your competences and qualifications and whether you are suitable for the job position.
VKR Holding is the data controller for processing of your personal data, and all questions regarding data protection can be addressed to VKR Holding via the communication channels made available by Easycruit.
The legal basis for processing personal data is GDPR art. 6(a). You submit information to us on your own initiative, which is why we process your information on the basis of your consent. You choose which types of personal data you want to share with us, for example by using the website's upload function. Please note that you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Sub-processors and transfer to third countries
Easycruit is a cloud service developed by Visma. The Visma Group and its sub-processors of IT services may thus have access to personal data about candidates as part of their operation of the service. All subcontractors are covered by data processing agreements to ensure data protection in accordance with GDPR legislation, and sub-processors located outside the EU are covered by a transfer basis approved by the EU Commission.
